Super Delicious Carrot Cake

I have been making this carrot cake recipe since a couple of years and every time it impresses everyone the same way as it did the first time. Although, i try out number of recipes which includes carrots during the season but this recipe is one of my best. 



Lets get started to create a super delicious and scrumptious recipe that will surely satisfy your sweet tooth!!

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour: 2 cups
Grated Carrots: 2 cups
Eggs: 4 medium sized
Baking Powder: 2 tsp
Baking Soda: 2 tsp
Sunflower oil or any Vegetable oil: 1 1/2 cups
All Spice Powder (optional): 1 tsp
Cinnamon: 1 tsp
Sugar: 2 cups
Salt: 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Chopped Walnuts: 1 cup 

Method: 

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.

2. Lets divide the recipe into two segments integrating the dry & wet ingredients.

Dry Ingredients:

3. Take all purpose flour and add all spice powder, Cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda.

4. Add salt also.


5. Now sieve all the ingredients into a bowl.



7. Now grate the carrots and add carrots and walnuts into the sieved flour mixture. Your Dry mixture is ready


  Wet Mixture:

5. Now lets prepare the wet mixture. Add eggs, oil and sugar and whisk all the ingredients till the sugar crystals are mixed properly.


6. Now add vanilla essence into the mixture.


8. We have prepared both the wet and dry ingredients. Now its time to mix both these by whisking simultaneously till it is mixed properly. 


9. Now line the baking dish with oil and then put butter paper on it.


10. Add your mixture into the baking dish.


11. Spread the mixture evenly and bake at 200 degree Celsius for 30- 40 min (till the inserted toothpick comes out clean from the cake).

12. Cool the cake in pan for 20 min and then take it out on wire rack to let it cool completely.

 13. Cut and serve as desired.
